Company History
Founded in 1996 by The Duncan Group, Frontline Communications & Physicians Exchange
provided call answering services for physicians and organizations that required
around-the-clock communication between patients, employees, partners, and clients. As
the business evolved into a call-center operating 24/7, we improved our processes and
technology to ensure that client needs were met under any circumstance.
In early 2004, Frontline Communications & Physicians Exchange underwent a name
and identity change. Under our new name, On-Ramp Medical Communications/On-Ramp Communications
Exchange, we promise the same continuous customer care and accountability our clients
have come to expect. To ensure this, we have maintained the same senior management and staff.
Healthcare is one of the areas where we make a life-saving impact. Because
promptness and precision can dramatically enhance the quality of medical care received
by patients, medical professionals rely on us to ensure that the information they need
