OnRamp Management

David was President and CEO of an Indiana Physician Medical Malpractice Insurance company for over 20 years. He is a graduate of Ashland University and had been involved in many insurance related continuing education programs as well as industry leadership roles in the Indianapolis community. Business strategy and development have been his primary responsibilities since joining the company.

Nancy is responsible for the overall management of OnRamp. Nancy has 25 years of experience in business and the medical administrative profession; she has held the positions of Operations Manager and Administrator for several large groups.

As Assistant Vice President of OnRamp, Terra is responsible for quality assurance and ongoing training and development for the operations staff. She also serves as a contact to our clients for quality assurance, questions or concerns and ensures that all issues are dealt with and resolved to the satisfaction of our client.

Terra Saffen joined the OnRamp team in July of 2000 as a customer service operator. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Taylor University.

Ryan is responsible for all Business Development activities for the company. He is a 2002 graduate of Indiana University's Kelley School of Business with a major in Marketing. He has assumed many roles in the company over the years and has recently returned to the company to continue his career after spending a year in sales at another company.

Jennifer is responsible for the accounts payable and receivable functions of the company as well as the overall accounting for OnRamp. She has had many roles in the company over the years including customer service operator and sales. Jennifer attended Ivy Tech State College where she studied paralegal science and accounting. She has been with the company since January of 1997.

Josh is responsible for many day-to-day operations as well as maintaining the company's technology and ensuring that OnRamp is providing the best services using the appropriate technology today and for the future.

He has received his Associate Degree in Computer Information Technology from Ivy Tech State College and is currently continuing his education in the Computer Information Systems at IUPUI. He is "A+ Computer Hardware and Software" certified and has been trained and certified on the "Startel Digital Switch." Josh got his start with OnRamp as a customer service operator in June of 2005 and took over the IT Manager position in January of 2006.

As Programming Manager of OnRamp, Kelly is responsible for managing the Programming Department who handle building and maintaining client accounts. She also ensures that call schedules are programmed on a monthly basis. Kelly Staples joined the OnRamp team in July of 2002 as a customer service operator. She attended The University of Phoenix for a degree in Business Management.

Willie started his career at OnRamp in October of 2001 as a second shift operator. He accepted the Project Manager position in January of 2005. People are his passion and he thoroughly enjoys working with our clients regarding any special needs they may have for their accounts. Willie also works closely with Assistant V.P. of Operations to interview job candidates and works diligently to train the newly hired operators. When not at OnRamp, Willie is a youth pastor at a local church and focuses on developing 12-18 year olds on fulfilling the potential they each possess. He holds a degree in Theology from Indiana Bible College.
