OnRamp provides very cost effective translation for your callers if requested in 180 different languages 24 hours a day! It is simply accomplished by asking the caller to hold for a very brief period, usually under 30 seconds. We then take the callers message as a three way call with a totally HIPAA compliant medical interpreter assisting. We can hold both the caller and the person providing the translation on the line while connecting the physician to the call if requested in order for the physician to speak with the patient.

Call Overflow Management
Our staff can handle overflow calls when all your lines are busy so you never miss another incoming call. When all of your lines are busy, overflow answering forwards calls to our customer service representatives to answer the call without any delay or interruption in service. Your patients will never know that they are not speaking with someone in your office.

Appointment Confirmation
Let our automated system contact your patients to remind them about their upcoming appointments. The automated system works with any scheduling program, provides detailed reports online 24/7, and saves hours of your staff's time on a daily basis. Response options include: confirm, cancel, leave message, or speak to a live operator. The program is fully customizable and allows its users to choose what time the calls will be made, adjust the level of volume for elderly patients, and program your office's caller ID number so it appears that the call is coming from your practice!
